Types of PhD positions Abroad:

Format of a PhD:
PhD programs don’t have examinations, but you need to present the results of the project or progress of the project to the supervisor every month and at the end of the program defend your project in front of the doctoral committee.
Eligibility:
1) Any 4 years bachelor’s degree is directly eligible for a PhD position abroad, if they have above 60% of marks (Equivalent to upper second class abroad)
2) Only USA and some European Universities require a master’s degree to apply for a PhD position.
3) Academic IELTS should be 6.5 minimum (good universities) and for top 20 universities in the world you would need 7.5 with no section less than 7.
Dentists
Dentists are directly eligible for a PhD position abroad with just a BDS degree with a minimum of 60% of marks. If they do a PhD in Dental related project they can get a provisional or temporary registration from the University without any examination but, this will only depend on the candidate’s communication with the supervisor.
Medical doctors
Medical doctors are directly eligible for a PhD position abroad with just a MBBS degree with a minimum of 60% of marks. If they do a PhD in Medical Sciences related project they can get a provisional or temporary registration from the University without any examination but, this will only depend on the candidate’s communication with the supervisor.
Physiotherapists
Physiotherapists are directly eligible for a PhD position abroad with just a Bachelor degree with a minimum of 60% of marks. If they do a PhD in Physiotherapy related project they can get a provisional or temporary registration from the University without any examination but, this will only depend on the candidate’s communication with the supervisor.
Pharmacists
Pharmacists are directly eligible for a PhD position abroad with just a Bachelor degree with a minimum of 60% of marks. Pharmacists are eligible to enter into any healthcare, life-sciences and pharma related PhD projects.
Life-Sciences Professionals
All life-sciences professionals with a 3-year degree will need a Master degree to be eligible for a PhD. Its always great to see biotechnology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, microbiology and genetics students who have research ambitions.
